Shipping Policy

Delivery Time 

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7-10 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Saturday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to courier shipping practices, delivery location and method of delivery. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Outlier Locations

Though we use some of Pakistan’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your goods reach you.

Shipping Costs

We charge Rs.0/- as delivery charges on all of your orders. In case of missing the parcel on the first attempt and asking to reship it, there are additional charges of Rs.300/- as delivery charges for second attempt of delivering.
